and Amy Winehouse to Michael Buble. "Singing to a live audience really is just the best fun imaginable."
Hattie - Vocalist
Hattie
and Bex are the same age. Her influences are
Lady Gaga and Christina Aguilera. "The passion I have for singing and
the buzz I get from it - singing is everything. I couldn't live without
music"
Michael - Keyboards
Michael plays a
Korg
M3 and
trained classically He has backed top cabaret and
played
in a number
of bands. "I'd love to be able to say the lights, the hum of
the gear,
the
murmur of an unseen audience, the sheer power of playing the first
note:
that’s what playing keyboards is all about. But actually I’m only in it
for the volume.
George - Drums
George
comes from a family background of professional
musicians, and studied under Carlos Parlato, a World Renowned session
drummer for
Sony, Warner Brother Music, Shakira & Ricky
Martin. He plays a vintage
1979 Pearl World Series Limited Edition 7 piece kit with a range of
Paiste and
Zildjian cymbals. "Being slightly hyperactive as a little lad, my
parents saw the drums as the ideal to try and wear me out, needless to
say, it
didn't work. I'm still playing, constantly learning and really quite
enjoying it!
Steve - Guitarist
Steve has played guitar for over thirteen years predominantly in classic
rock and blues bands. His musical influences range from
Jeff Healy to Jack Johnson and everything in between and
with his varied taste in music he decided it was time for
something fresh and different so joined Page
8. Playing his
Fender Stratocaster through a GR-55 Guitar modeling and synth pedal,
he attains a wide variety of sounds suited to every one of the songs on
band’s eclectic set list.

A

They are fresh fun and
in the
moment. Two captivating female lead vocalists, backed by guitar,
bass, keys and drums they perform contemporary and classic covers with
a
few catchy originals thrown in for good measure. The key to their
success
is excellent vocals, fine musicianship, contagious energy, versatility
and a highly entertaining show. Think back to the
